I agree that the ownership situation is unacceptable. Especially the part where I've been 100% financially responsible for any and all bills.

I can only imagine how terrible it would be if JenK walked away free of all financial obligation and then received $40k as a bonus.

To be clear, the offer of $40k to settle is unacceptable. JenK has expended $0.00 (zero dollars) since her abandonment of the real state property investment ([address]) in late July of 2014.

My counter offer is that JenK pay $32k (thirty two thousand) to me, for bearing full burden of all finances, repairs, and maintenance of the property investment, while keeping her credit in good standing as well as my own. JenK should also, having expended nothing, pay any and all billing resulting from this abandonment, including but not limited to closing fees and refinancing costs.

I'm just one person maintaining living conditions meant for two, and for $40k, I might as well go through with pressing attempted murder charges (among others). JenK should know that if I'm forced to sell my own house (that I've been fully responsible for), I will throw every penny resulting from that sale into doing just that. This house is the one and only reason I have not done so already.

I am beyond sick of the constant intimidation tactics of this con artist family and the dirty games they have played with me, so someone, please.. cut the bullshit.

I've expended $32,000 since her abandonment and she wants $40,000 more or she'll try and force me to sell my own house. There is nothing amicable about that.

You will find that through all communication between JenK and myself (DanH), whether it be text message, Email, verbal, or non-verbal, there has been nothing even close to a threat from me. In fact, the first and only time I have ever mentioned pressing charges of any kind, is to you. Her lawyer. That is not extortion.

That is me informing you of just how lenient I've been, and continue to be, with the options I have every right to pursue, regardless of anyone's course of action.

However, what you will find in those records of communication (on many occasions), is JenK threatening to sell my home, take things from my home, and bring confrontation to my home, unless I give her large sums of money. Since it is up to no one but a judge to decide what is entitled to JenK.. that, is extortion. That's abuse of authority, oppressive force, and coercion.

And no I will not call you, but you may contact me by Email at any time. I have nothing to hide, I've done nothing wrong, and I am fully prepared to defend myself in court if there is no further communication.
